They offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. The experienced management team work alongside a capable and confident care and lifestyle team to offer residential aged care with palliative care, dementia care and respite care services. Allied health professionals also visit regularly.

Meals are prepared fresh on-site from a dietician-approved seasonal menu that caters for resident preferences and allergies including texture modified diets and cultural requirements where possible.
Whilst residents are encouraged to socialise and experience the meal service in the dining rooms with friends and family, room-service can also be arranged to resident’s individual rooms where preferred or for health-related circumstances.

The Keilor East Manor Community Leisure and Lifestyle team seek to gain an insight into the residents’ connection to lifestyle choices and ensure that their social history, interests, cultural and religious needs, skills, capacity and safety are reflected in their care plans.
Relatives and their families are encouraged to attend activities as part of the Leisure and Lifestyle Program to support transitions and maintain positive connections in the residents’ lives.
