The Management team includes Clinical Care Coordinators, Quality and Education Coordinator, AN-ACC Coordinator, Clinical Team Leaders for each community for daily operations and the coordination of clinical care. Registered Nurses are on site providing care provision 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Skye Lodge has six discrete communities providing for all the care needs of residents, each with a spacious lounge, dining and separate living zones for residents, family and friends to enjoy.
Each private bedroom is large with an ensuite, providing privacy and comfort for all levels of care needs.
Beyond natural and luxurious surroundings, your loved one will be supported by the community model of care which has a strong focus on qualified and experienced staff with extensive knowledge in aged care in Frankston.
Each community unit has dedicated staff rostered to provide consistency in care, this supports residents and staff to partner in care and create strong relationships.
The Skye Lodge building covers approximately 2150 square metres per floor and comprises of 4 levels including; a basement carpark (incorporating 38 car parking spaces), along with a commercial kitchen and laundry and 3 levels of aged care living comprising of 2 passenger lifts, an administration hub, separate cafe, a hairdresser and a large multi purpose function area that can be utilised by staff, visitors and for resident activities.
Of the resident bedrooms, 7 are accessible bariatric bedrooms with ensuites, fitted with lifting equipment and other disability features. There are multiple resident dining and lounge facilities on all resident levels, along with 3 large east and west facing balconies on each level.
The building incorporates the following energy efficiency features comprising a 90 kilowatt solar powered photo voltaic system and a rainwater storage tank system for on site laundry use. This building meets all of the required current thermal efficiency building regulations.

From 20 September 2024, the following aged care fees will become effective:
The Basic Daily Care Fee increases to $63.57 pd (from $61.96 pd).
The Fully-Supported Asset Threshold increases to $61,500 (from $59,500).
The Non-Supported Asset Threshold increases to $206,039 (from $201,231).
The maximum Daily Accommodation Contribution (DAC) for refurbished / non-refurbished rooms will be $69.49 pd / $45.31 pd respectively.
The effective Refundable Accommodation Contribution (RAC) for a refurbished facility, above the 40 % fully supported ratio, will be $303,395 which will put pressure on persons looking for a fully supported placement, given that the average RAD is now higher than this amount.
The Maximum Permissible Interest Rate (MPIR) has been finalised for 1 October 2024, and has been set at 8.38% pa.
The Basic Daily Care Fee and some aged care thresholds are indexed to the Age Pension. On the 20 September 2024, the single age pension increased from $1,116.30 fn to $1,144.40 fn. This is based upon recent increases in the cost of living reflected in the Pensioner & Beneficiary Living Cost Index (PBLCI).
