Mecwacare has rebuilt the past aged care home into a luxury four-storey, 100-bed nursing home.
Simon Price Centre is now accepting new residents.
The Simon Price Centre is a $40 million project which features public and retail spaces for residents and their familys, as well as views to the eastern suburbs.
Simon Price Centre has a spacious lounge, light-filled dining area, audio-visual room, café, library, clubroom and hair salon, as well as private aged care rooms, balconies, and outdoor areas.
